BEA-TOX
FAQs
Keen to know how I can help you? These are my Bea-tox FAQs. I’ve put together a list of the popular questions that people ask me when they book an appointment. However, if you have a query that I’ve not covered here – don’t sit and wonder. Get in touch and I’ll be happy to help.
I have a nursing degree from Italy, the land of my birth, and as well as a Masters in Accident and Emergency. Having worked extensively in general nursing, both in Italy and the NHS in the field of infection and disease, I have found my passion: aesthetics.
I offer anti-wrinkle injections and dermal filler treatments (including lip fillers) from where I’m based in Rye and Brighton, East Sussex. You’re very welcome at either location. Or, I’m happy to come to you if you live within 20 minutes’ drive of one or the other.
Regarding working hours, I understand that you’re busy, and that life can be hectic. So, if you need an out of hours appointment (early, late or at weekends), I’ll be as flexible as possible
In a word, everyone. Or, nearly everyone! Obviously, only those who are suitable for treatment but generally – men and women who want to look and feel great outside and inside. I’m strongly committed to equality, and in particular I be very pleased to hear from you if you’re from the LGBT community within Sussex.
Yes, they are. But, only in the right hands. I’m extremely well-trained, I operate in a spotless environment, and I use the best quality products; the ones that produce the optimum results.
With anti-wrinkle injections, no more then 15-20 minutes after a consultation. Regarding dermal fillers, approximately 15 minutes. Every consultation is free of charge, and during this time we’ll discuss your treatment, and the results you would like to achieve; we’re all different, so this is all done on an individual basis.
No. Your expression lines will return, and/or the volume enhanced by fillers will fade, and you will need me to treat you again. Apologies, it’s impossible to say how often you will need a top up. Why? Because we all have different metabolic rates, which impact on how quickly the body will break down and excrete the substances. In general, treatments tend to last about 16 weeks, and fillers could last between 6-9 months before starting to dissolve.
An excellent question. I’ve answered that in full here
